Shaik Mahammad

Founder & Director

Shaik Mahammad is the Founder and Director of FA Speciality Chemicals LLP, bringing over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and specialty chemicals industry.

He is responsible for leading technology development, product innovation, and strategic collaborations within the organisation. He plays a key role in building and scaling the company’s capabilities in process development and commercialisation.

Previously, he worked as Director of Operations at Astatech Chengdu Biopharmaceuticals, China, and as COO of Astatech India, where he was involved in establishing India-China joint ventures and managing international operations.

Earlier in his career, he was associated with DuPont, FMC Corporation, and Suven Life Sciences, gaining strong experience in drug discovery, NCE synthesis, medicinal chemistry, and bench-to-commercial technology transfer.

He brings valuable global exposure, having worked across Europe, China, and India, and continues to contribute towards strengthening the technical and business foundation of the company.

Ganga Babu T

Promoter & Finance Director

Ganga Babu T is the Promoter and Finance Director of FA Speciality Chemicals LLP and Tikvah Pharma Pvt. Ltd. He is actively involved in managing the financial and strategic aspects of the business and plays a key role in driving growth and expansion.

He works closely on areas such as investments, funding, cost management, and overall business planning. He has been part of evaluating new opportunities, including manufacturing acquisitions and capacity expansion, with a focus on building a stable and scalable business.

He comes from a finance and technology background, bringing a structured and practical approach to decision-making. His focus is on strengthening financial systems, improving operational efficiency, and supporting business growth through disciplined planning.

Earlier, he worked as a Director with a leading Swiss private banking institution in Singapore, where he gained exposure to global financial systems, capital structuring, and compliance-driven operations.

Apart from FA Speciality Chemicals and Tikvah Pharma, he is also the Founder of:

• Manveeth Infra – Construction & Infrastructure – Founder & Majority Promoter (90% holding)

• Soft Code Solutions Pvt. Ltd. – IT & Digital Systems – Founder & (100% Promoter).

His experience across infrastructure and IT sectors adds strength in financial discipline, use of technology, and structured expansion planning.
